Merchant of Record

Revenue Proven uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record for all subscription payments. This means Paddle handles all billing, payments, and refund processing on our behalf.

All purchases are subject to Paddle's Terms of Use and Buyer Terms.

Consumer Right to Cancel

Under Paddle's consumer terms, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of purchase. During this period, you may request a refund without needing to provide a reason.

Please note that this right to cancel does not apply once you have started using digital content or services. By subscribing to Revenue Proven and accessing our platform, you acknowledge that the digital service delivery begins immediately.

Refund Requests

All refund requests are handled by Paddle. To request a refund, you can:

  • Contact Paddle Support directly at paddle.com/help
  • Reply to your purchase receipt email from Paddle

Paddle will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with their policies.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through Paddle's customer portal. When you cancel:

  • You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your account will revert to the Free plan after the billing period ends
  • No further charges will be made
