By accessing or using Revenue Proven ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Revenue Proven is a software-as-a-service platform that provides LinkedIn Ads attribution by connecting your LinkedIn Ads account with your CRM to track which companies engaged with your ads before becoming customers.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including LinkedIn and HubSpot. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of service of those platforms. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

7. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revenue Proven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
